Located in the heart of the city

The Falconer opened in 1999, founded by the late Richard Faulkner of West Sussex, England. In 2025, the Salamon family took over, drawn to the charm of its historic 1800s building. Today, Jeffrey Salamon Jr. manages The Falconer. They also run The Tartan of Redlands—established in 1964 and still rocking its mid-'60s cocktail lounge vibe.For us, it's about preserving tradition and making everyone feel at home.
